A profile that grows with them

The full MyJob CV is the right tool for a professional and the wrong one for an 18 year old with a phone. This flow asks four things, creates a real candidate record, then invites them back to add more each time they gain experience. Same database, same CV object, three levels of completeness.

Level 1, seasonal

Name, region, contact, what they are looking for. Enough to apply for holiday work. Roughly 90 seconds.

Level 2, first job

Education status, seasonal experience, a short summary. Prompted by email once the seasonal job ends.

Level 3, full MyJob

The existing complete CV. Required before applying to standard MyJob listings. This is the conversion gate.

Let us get you working

First, what are you after?

Takes about 90 seconds. No CV needed.
Holiday or seasonal workA few weeks, paid, near you My first proper jobPermanent, training given Not sure yetShow me both

Where do you live?

We show you jobs you can actually get to. Transport is the number one reason first jobs fall through.

What kind of work?

Pick as many as you like. You can change this later.

Where are you now?

This is how we know when to contact you. If you finish school next year, we will be in touch next year, not today.

How do we reach you?

Employers reply through MyJob. We will never publish your number.

What each screen is doing

1. Intent, not registration

Asking what they want before asking who they are. The answer routes them to the seasonal hub or the first job hub and sets their campaign segment.

2. Region first

For this audience, distance beats salary. Region is also what powers the personalised homepage later.

3. Interests as chips

Multi select, no typing. Maps onto the existing MyJob categories so no new taxonomy is needed.

4. Education timing

The most valuable field on the form. It sets the Brevo nurture sequence and lets us contact a Form 6 student a year before they need us.

5. Contact, last

Asked once they have invested four taps, when the drop-off cost is lowest. Creates the candidate record in the existing database.

6. The ladder, made visible

Showing level 2 and level 3 as locked is what turns a one-off seasonal applicant into a long-term MyJob candidate. This screen is the whole strategy in one card.
